Role Overview
The Manager, Revenue Operations, will be responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of revenue initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term financial objectives. This role requires a strong analytical skill set to interpret data, identify trends and develop actionable strategies that support business goals.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement strategic revenue plans, lead the development of in-house platforms and systems to track revenue, create and execute competitive pricing strategies, and present data-driven forecasts and strategies to senior leadership.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in multi-family industry experience
- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance
- Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills
- Strategic, innovative, thinker with a strong business acumen
- A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving is required
- Must be a self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility
- Ability to work with diverse people and interests while being culturally aware
- Have a thorough understanding of competing properties and current market conditions
