What You Will Do

Own pipeline and forecasting execution, deliver actionable analytics, shape territory and quota planning, drive process improvements, and partner across teams to provide critical data modeling for quota setting and long-term revenue strategy.

Requirements

• Analytical self-starter with relevant experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business analytics, or financial modeling
• Salesforce & BI specialist with expert-level knowledge of Salesforce architecture
• Strong proficiency in SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau or Metabase
• Data-driven decision-maker with an educational background or equivalent practical experience in quantitative modeling, forecasting, or AI analytics tools
• Autonomous operator capable of independently managing priorities, workload, and resources
• Collaborative communicator fluent in English, skilled at building strong relationships across Revenue and FP&A teams
• Proactive problem solver who continuous seeks constructive feedback, anticipates execution gaps, and proposes process improvements
