Role Overview
Hack The Box’s Analytics team is looking for an Analytics Engineer to enable various stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. The Analytics Engineer will bridge the gap between raw data transformation and business decision-making and take full end-to-end ownership of data modeling to delivering stakeholder-ready dashboards.
What You Will Do
The Analytics Engineer will build and optimize data models, develop and monitor data pipelines, implement data quality checks, and contribute to big-scale projects like transitioning to Google Cloud Ecosystem. The engineer will also document data models, data transformations, and business logic for transparency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL for complex querying, data transformation, and performance optimization.
- Experience in data modeling and data pipelines
- Experience in Tableau/Looker or at least 1 similar visualization tool
- Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools to accelerate SQL development, data modeling, and documentation.
- Strong ability to translate complex data models into clear business insights and partner with cross-functional teams to drive requirements.
- Full professional fluency in written and verbal English for technical documentation and cross-team collaboration.
