HackerRank is looking for a Product Operations Manager to join their Product team and help scale how they plan, build, and deliver great products. The ideal candidate will have experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles in a SaaS company and strong systems thinking skills.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles in a SaaS company
- Strong systems thinking skills and a passion for leveraging AI and building agent-based solutions
- Proven ability to run and improve cross-functional processes, from planning to launch
- Hands-on experience leveraging tools for product usage analysis (Pendo), issue tracking (Jira/Linear), and feature flag management
- Experience connecting customer insights and usage patterns to provide actionable recommendations
