People Operations Generalist

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist to support a positive, high-speed employee experience by ensuring that our people processes run smoothly across the entire employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR operations, HR generalist, or People Operations role
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and other people tools
• Superb organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A ‘roll up your sleeves’, solutions-oriented attitude
