Senior FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Group FP&A team. This role suits an experienced finance professional from a fintech, payments or startup background who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will support budgeting and forecasting cycles, drive improvements to reporting through automation and AI-enabled analysis, support Hala’s ongoing Oracle EPM implementation for the planning process, and act as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an FP&A or financial analysis role, ideally within a fintech, payments or startup / fast-moving environment
• Proven experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, financial modelling, pivot tables)
• SQL and/or reporting automation experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Oracle EPM or a similar EPM/planning system is a strong plus
• Accounting qualification such as ACCA, or an equivalent Saudi-recognized qualification (e.g. SOCPA), preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across the business
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets
• Self-motivated, proactive and keen to drive improvements to reporting and processes
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Arabic a plus)
