Finance Business Partner FP&A and Business Performance

Role Overview

The Finance Business Partner – FP&A & Business Performance will be a key member of the Global Quality & Supply Chain (QSCP) Finance team, providing financial planning, forecasting, business performance analysis and strategic decision support across Global Quality, EHS & Engineering, Strategy, Operations and QSC Central Functions.

What You Will Do

Provide financial support and business partnering to Global Quality, EHS & Engineering, Strategy and QSC Central Functions leadership teams, supporting strategic and operational decision-making. Support Annual Business Planning, forecast cycles and financial target setting, ensuring robust financial assumptions, insightful analysis and improved forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• 12-15 years of finance experience with strong FP&A and business partnering background
• Proven experience in forecasting, planning, variance analysis and performance management
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large and complex datasets
• Experience with SAP and finance planning/reporting systems
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles and governance controls
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
