Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in live entertainment, events, hospitality, or venue management
- Experience booking artists and managing live programming
- Strong network of artists, agents, and promoters preferred
- Proven ability to balance creativity with financial performance
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events at once
- Strong judgment around talent, audience fit, and experience quality
- Comfortable owning outcomes—not just executing tasks
- Willingness to travel regularly between locations
