Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our sales organization in expanding the pipeline for enterprise software solutions in the energy and utilities industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential new customers and be responsible for qualifying, developing, and handing over leads to our senior sales team.

You will combine modern sales tools, data-driven insights, and a personal approach to build sustainable relationships and lay the foundation for long-term sales success. You will identify, engage, qualify, convert – you create the basis for future customer relationships.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a comparable role
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the context of enterprise software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Safe handling of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable solutions
- Experience with sales and lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Structured, independent, and result-oriented working style
- High self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
- Ability to work independently as well as closely with marketing and sales
