Revenue Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Analyst will support the systems, data, and processes that enable the Go-to-Market organization, maintaining high-quality Salesforce data, supporting end users, and helping translate business needs into effective Salesforce enhancements.

What You Will Do

Provide day-to-day Salesforce user support, prepare and import data into Salesforce, monitor and improve data quality, develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, and partner with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize Salesforce requirements.

Requirements

• Experience working with Salesforce in a business operations, sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations, or client engagement environment.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data management, and end-user support.
• Familiarity with data preparation, cleansing, imports, record maintenance, and data-quality controls.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for system enhancements, reports, or process improvements.
• Experience supporting system testing and user acceptance testing for Salesforce enhancements.
• Familiarity with Go-to-Market systems such as Salesforce, Clari, LeadIQ, or similar platforms is preferred.
