Senior Associate, Evergreen Product Operations

Requirements

• Familiarity with SEC-registered funds and their operational workflows
• Experience coordinating with external service providers and distributors
• Working knowledge of the Investment Company Act, Investment Advisers Act, Securities Act, and Securities Exchange Act
• Experience supporting separately managed accounts and/or Collective Investment Trusts
• A proactive, detail-oriented work style
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in refining processes and identifying efficiencies
