Data Operations Analyst

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate — not incrementally, but end-to-end. We’re seeking a Data Operations Analyst to help strengthen how our business systems data is defined, monitored, and used.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data, analytics, business analysis, or similar role
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational data
• Experience building reports or datasets from business systems (e.g., CRM, marketing, finance tools)
• Curiosity about how data flows through systems and identifying issues
• Clear written communication skills for documenting definitions and processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical teams
