This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, requiring at least 3 days in the office per week.
Requirements
- Manage seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems.
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation related to employment, immigration, and compensation.
- Assist in administering compensation programs.
- Lead logistics and coordination for company-wide events.
- Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and playbooks.
- Identify opportunities for automation and system optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, tables).
