Role Overview
As the Finance Operations Business Partner, you will gather, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results. You will support the Operations leadership team by providing financial analysis and insights to improve business performance.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibilities will include operations analysis and support, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning support, and day-to-day plant financial operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- +3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A or Manufacturing Finance
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Experience with ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
