Regional Sales Manager – Co-op Legal Services

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Regional Manager to join our Estate Planning team in Co-op Legal Services. You’ll recruit, manage, and support a team of estate planning consultants, making sure that they’re able to provide the best service to our clients.

What You Will Do

Lead a team of Estate Planning Consultants, engage and support them to deliver on agreed sales targets, put in place performance management frameworks, train and coach colleagues, and manage complaint handling and resolution.
