Role Overview

The Director of Financial Planning & Revenue Management is a senior finance leader responsible for the organization’s financial planning, forecasting, financial analysis, revenue performance, and revenue integrity functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial planning, financial analysis, revenue management, healthcare finance, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
• Experience analyzing complex revenue streams, reimbursement, accounts receivable, or revenue integrity
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, nonprofit, or similarly complex service organizations
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency with financial systems, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to executive and non-financial audiences
• Experience leading and developing finance professionals and cross-functional teams
