Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst (Vice President)

Role Overview

We are looking to hire a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to perform the tracking, control and reporting of all revenues and expenses associated with Jefferies’ related party activities with SMBC/ Nikko and the Joint Venture (JV).

What You Will Do

The role will include oversight, review and reporting on JV set-up expenses, administration and tracking of ongoing support SLA expenses, close coordination with product controllers to ensure accurate reporting and understanding of JV-related revenue flows, and reporting and explanation of revenues and expenses to both Jefferies’ and SMBC/Nikko’s senior management.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of relevant finance experience, a strong background in FP&A, cost tracking, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control, and experience supporting complex revenue and expense tracking frameworks.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant finance experience
• Strong background in FP&A, cost tracking, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control
• Experience supporting complex revenue and expense tracking frameworks
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience with financial reporting systems, data reconciliation tools, ERP platforms, or BI / dashboarding tools
