Role Overview

As an Analytics Engineer II at HDR, you will design and develop analytics models, partner with analysts, and implement models using layered patterns. You will also contribute to governance practices and enable stakeholders through documentation and shared patterns.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and developing analytics models, creating curated marts and semantic structures, and implementing models using layered patterns. You will also define and document KPIs/metrics, maintain transformation-layer documentation, and publish lineage artifacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or other applicable degree
  • Experience in analytics, BI, or data roles with demonstrated modeling and SQL proficiency
  • Ability to translate business requirements into stable, reusable data models
  • Familiarity with BI/reporting consumption patterns
