Market Data Strategy & Analytics Lead

Role Overview

As a senior data strategist, you will lead the definition, development, and evolution of tactics that produce cohesive insight while integrating pure industry research, market trends, forecasting, and modeling. You will support strategic decision-making by business, executive, and technology leaders, and translate their needs into action by using strong communication and organization skills.

What You Will Do

You will develop and refine a market research strategy, direct and manage research projects, and consider, select, and deploy predictive models, machine-learning algorithms, and statistical analysis to identify trends, risks, and early indicators of opportunity supporting enterprise growth goals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics or Statistical Analysis, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
• 15 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, or predictive modeling, and forecasting with preference to A/E industry
• 5 years of experience leading data analytics teams
• Demonstrated success implementing machine learning and AI solutions that generate measurable business value
• Successful development of effective business intelligence dashboards that align with growth goals and objectives
• Experience with data service and warehousing platforms such as AlphaSense, Dodge Analytics, Global Data, CB Insights, S&P, Snowflake, and similar, and API integrations
• Deep knowledge of the A/E industry’s standard approach to procurement of professional services
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-business collaboration efforts
• Demonstrated experience in collaboration with Area, Region, Market Sector, Business Group, and Corporate leadership teams
• Excellent communication skills
