Head of Growth

Parker is in search of a Head of Growth to build and execute our marketing strategy from the ground up. You’ll own positioning, product marketing, demand generation, brand, and content across a diverse product set—corporate and small business charge cards and a deposit product.

Requirements

  • Define and own the full-funnel marketing strategy across brand, product, growth, and lifecycle
  • Develop messaging and positioning that clearly articulate Parker’s value across audiences
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with deep expertise across functions
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and design to align marketing with GTM goals
  • Own key metrics including CAC, lead conversion, channel ROI, brand health, and retention
  • Manage external agencies, partners, and vendors as needed
  • Elevate Parker’s profile with thought leadership, PR, and community initiatives
