The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting the brand’s transformation from product-focused to education-first, launching a flagship course, and positioning the company as the definitive authority on living in sync with nature’s light.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading marketing at a DTC or consumer brand, ideally health/wellness
- Proven track record scaling brands from low seven figures to eight figures
- Deep expertise in paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, and CRO
- Hands-on experience with email/SMS platforms and building automated lifecycles
- Experience launching and scaling influencer, affiliate, or referral programs
