Requirements
- 8+ years in sales, with at least 2-3 years managing and scaling a sales team in a high-growth startup environment
- A strong history of exceeding sales targets, driving growth, and building long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or relevant equivalent experience)
- Highly analytical, using data and metrics to shape decisions and strategies
- Ability to clearly articulate the vision of Beam and inspire both internal and external stakeholders
