Role Overview
The Financial Analyst serves as a finance liaison for their assigned service line(s), working with service line leaders to identify financial needs and opportunities. They will help develop the service line’s financial knowledge base and acquire knowledge of all systems and processes that impact financial data.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will perform analyses, support service lines and Finance about forecast process and results, provide follow-up and resolutions to customer’s requests, and perform other projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have strong PC system background, proficiency in utilizing spreadsheets and relational database software, and experience in developing personal computer spreadsheets and models. They will also have demonstrated communication and relationship building skills, ability to interact effectively with the operational analysis team, and balance independent thinking with team support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
- One year experience in finance, accounting, or business-related field
- Extensive experience in developing personal computer spreadsheets and models
- Strong PC system background with proven proficiency in utilizing spreadsheets and relational database software
- MBA or CMA is a plus
- Strongly prefer 1-3 years’ experience in financial analysis and/or accounting, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience utilizing Oracle
