HealthStream is seeking a Business Development Representative to assist in generating interest, developing leads, and increasing market share. The role involves cold calling, lead follow-up, and qualification, as well as collaborating with sales leadership, marketing, and product management to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Earned or in pursuit of bachelor’s degree in related field or related experience.
- Internship or sales-related experience preferred.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Previous Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred.
- Cold calling and/or lead generation experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
