Requirements
- HR Acumen: 1-3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition, ideally with exposure to both recruitment and broader HR functions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, professional, and empathetic approach to interacting with all stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS). Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive mindset, with a knack for identifying issues and proposing effective, practical solutions.
- A genuine desire to provide an exceptional experience for candidates and employees alike.
- A true team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and building strong relationships.
