Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• 3-5 years of experience in managing employees and projects
• Experience in the traffic control industry (preferred)
• Ability to use advanced critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks and confirm completion
• Acute attention to detail
• Excellent professional communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
