Health Care Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Performs advanced fiscal analysis and provides technical leadership for General Accounting activities within the Department of Homeless Services and Housing. Evaluates complex accounts payable or accounts receivable transactions, reconciliations across programs and trust accounts, and internal controls.

What You Will Do

Independently analyzes complex accounting transactions, financial records, and supporting documentation to determine proper treatment, coding, approvals, and compliance with applicable requirements. Reviews and evaluates accounts payable or accounts receivable activities, including invoices, payments, deposits, billings, adjustments, and related financial transactions.
