Role Overview
The Financial Analyst supports Heritage Health’s financial performance, revenue cycle integration, financial reporting, planning, and decision-making. This position serves as a key bridge between Finance, Revenue Cycle, and clinical operations.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will reconcile revenue and accounts receivable activity, prepare and analyze financial information, develop reports and dashboards, assist with budgets and forecasts, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across multiple systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in revenue cycle management, financial analysis, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, coding, accounts receivable, financial analysis, accounting, data analysis, or related work preferred
- Experience with healthcare EHR/practice management systems such as Greenway/Intergy, Athena, Dentrix, or similar systems preferred
