Role Overview
Blue Heron is seeking an experienced real estate financial analyst to support all divisions within the organization. The Financial Analyst will provide financial support that includes cash flow modeling, data collection and integration, project valuation, benchmarking, and reporting.
What You Will Do
Prepare financial and operational forecasts, perform quality assurance and quality control reviews of reports, and provide ad hoc analysis for operational and financial departments.

This role requires 3+ years of experience in business finance, real estate finance, or a related field, and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics.
