Senior CRM Analyst (Strategy & Performance)

Role Overview

The Senior CRM Analyst drives the planning, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of recurring promotional CRM communications across Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty. The role manages the promotional CRM calendar, turns commercial priorities into clear campaign requirements, and uses customer and campaign insights to improve engagement, conversion, and incremental revenue across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.

What You Will Do

The Senior CRM Analyst will own the promotional CRM calendar and contact plan, develop campaign briefs, partner with cross-functional teams, recommend audience and offer strategies, review campaign performance, and build a promotional test-and-learn plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, or campaign strategy
• Experience planning and evaluating multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, or in-app messaging
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations
• Experience with segmentation, audience strategy, A/B testing, personalization, and campaign measurement
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Knack or similar platforms is preferred
