Role Overview
The Delivery Readiness & Enablement Manager will support the execution of global readiness initiatives, partnering with enablement leads, program managers, SMEs, and business stakeholders to coordinate readiness activities, create enablement assets, and execute launch readiness programs.

Key responsibilities include program coordination, enablement development, knowledge management, and readiness execution, as well as stakeholder engagement and success measures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in enablement, customer success, training coordination, program coordination, adoption programs, or business operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities
- Experience creating business content and collateral
