Role Overview
The Operations Finance Analyst is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business decision support for Operations and Supply Chain organizations. This role partners closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Unit Finance, and Controllership teams to deliver accurate financial results, identify risks and opportunities, improve operational performance, and maintain a strong controls environment.
What You Will Do
Provides complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives. Forecasts financial results within a broad scope. Leads business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.

Requirements
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics
- Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst
- Background in supply chain operations, inventory control, cost management, manufacturing engagement, and returns management
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Familiar with SAP
- Proficient with Excel
- Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Copilot is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong business acumen
- Good project management skills
