Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics & Insights

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics & Insights, to be the analytical backbone of our marketing organization. You’ll own analytics across the full marketing funnel — acquisition, brand, and retention — and turn complex data into clear recommendations on where to invest, what to test, and what to do next.

What You Will Do

You’ll lead MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, executive reporting, and predictive modeling, while helping us evolve our analytics infrastructure.

You’ll inherit a strong foundation across BigQuery, Power BI, SQL, and Python and play a key role in evaluating and transitioning to a more modern, AI-augmented analytics platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics, marketing analytics, or a related quantitative field
• Experience working with subscription-based or recurring-revenue business models, ideally within DTC/e-commerce
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• Deep expertise in subscription and DTC unit economics, including CAC, ROAS, CPA, churn, LTV, and AOV
• Hands-on experience with MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing, including reconciling conflicting model outputs
• Experience with Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, or similar attribution/analytics platforms
• Strong statistical modeling skills, including churn, LTV, and profitability modeling
• Expert SQL and strong Python skills for transformation, automation, and modeling
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and causal inference
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms and migrating to new technologies
