Role Overview
Support administrative tasks and services for the HR department, including timekeeping, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
What You Will Do
Maintain timekeeping database, process vendor billing, reconcile invoices, provide administrative support, coordinate employee engagement initiatives, and assist with employee wellbeing research.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 1-2 years of prior experience in customer service, administrative support, Human Resources, or People Operations
- Experience in identifying and organizing HR related paperwork
- Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and articulate knowledge of HR processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management, time management, and customer service skills
- Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000-65,000.00
