What You Will Do
As a Growth Marketer, you will plan and launch integrated campaigns across paid channels, build account-based programs, and own landing pages and conversion paths from first touch to booked meeting.

Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing at a SaaS or AI company
- Hands-on paid channel experience (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with real budget ownership
- Full command of your data: funnels, attribution, dashboards
- Excellent written English and strong copy instincts
- AI-native: you use LLM tools daily and automate before you hire out
- High agency, fast execution: you ship, iterate, and don’t wait for perfect
