FP&A Director

Role Overview

The FP&A Director will lead the financial planning and analysis of the business, strengthening processes and acting as a strategic partner for commercial and operational areas.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include financial planning and forecasting, financial modeling and long-term planning, executive and financial reporting, business partnering, profitability and performance analysis, and leadership and team development.

Requirements

• Solid experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, strategic consulting, or high-exposure financial positions.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and Excel, with the ability to build complex models and perform scenario analysis.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and corporate finance, with the ability to understand the financial statements and their main drivers.
• Experience in high-complexity operational companies or businesses with relevant focus on margin analysis, profitability, and performance.
• Experience working with executive reporting, investors, capital markets, or public companies, highly valued.
• Experience leading teams and working transversally with commercial, operational, and business areas.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic structures, with evolving processes and high hands-on involvement.
