Requirements
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, role transitions, promotions, and internal movements.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees through ticketing system during the assigned shift, addressing HR-related queries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the HRIS while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate benefits administration, payroll input validation, leave management, attendance tracking, and other recurring operational processes.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve HR processes, documentation, and systems for greater efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, IT, and Legal to implement new HR tools, system enhancements, and process updates.
- Support change management efforts related to HR systems, policies, or operational improvements.
