The role involves designing and managing RevOps systems, driving quantitative analysis, and serving as a strategic partner to sales and leadership teams. This position requires a founder’s mindset with strong analytical and business acumen.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy/Analytics or related roles.
  • Demonstrated excellence in quantitative analysis and financial/operational modeling.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems and GTM tech platforms.
  • Strong technical skills with SQL, Python, or advanced Excel.
  • Proven success collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Builder mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
