Role Overview
As a CRO / Website Optimization Specialist, you will own a client’s website and quiz-funnel experimentation roadmap from opportunity identification through execution and analysis.
What You Will Do
You will formulate hypotheses, build and launch tests yourself, analyze performance, and determine what should happen next.

The right person combines strong CRO judgment with the technical confidence to make changes independently without relying on the client to finish or troubleshoot the execution.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, e-commerce website optimization, growth, or a closely related role
- Strong practical knowledge of e-commerce conversion optimization
- Hands-on Shopify front-end experience
- Proven ownership of A/B testing
- Hands-on experience with Intelligems or a comparable experimentation platform
- Working knowledge of GA4 and website conversion analytics
- Ability to personally build landing pages and conversion experiences
Benefits
- Salary: $1,800 – $2,000 / month
