Role Overview

The organization operates as a lean, collaborative, and remote-first team across multiple time zones, strongly valuing autonomy, clear communication, experimentation, and measurable impact. The goal of bringing paid acquisition in-house is to improve strategic alignment, campaign performance, and overall return on investment (ROI) across both brands.

What You Will Do

Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, designing and running controlled experiments, translating performance data into actionable business decisions, and working directly with leadership to define the performance marketing strategy.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of hands-on paid media experience
• Strong Google Ads expertise
• Proven experience managing and improving Search and PMax campaigns
• Background in SaaS, B2B funnels, or long sales-cycle customer journeys
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to tie performance back to revenue outcomes
• Excellent communication skills — clear, concise, proactive
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage campaigns without micromanagement
• Based in LATAM with strong alignment to EST/UK working hours
• Fluent written and spoken English
