Hub Marketing Manager

The Hub Marketing Manager will develop and implement innovative market strategies to drive Hitachi Energy’s growth, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution, manage demand and market coverage for the business unit, oversee third-party, internal sales, and channel outreach to meet budgetary and strategic goals, serve as the primary representative in negotiations and contract management, and collaborate with marketing teams to strategically position products in the market, coordinating successful product launches and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to develop and implement effective market strategies that align with broader business objectives and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Strong ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and drive business growth
