What You Will Do
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will drive and coordinate business development initiatives, develop and optimize sales tools and processes, work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, analyze sales performance data, and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of sales forecasts and performance reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or equivalent professional experience
- 3–7 years of experience within sales operations, analytics or project management
- Solid understanding of sales operations frameworks, tools, and ways of working
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in interacting in an international environment
