Role Overview
The Sales Manager will lead a quality sales organization, build and maintain relationships with customers, and negotiate trade-in deals while maximizing profitability for the dealership. The role requires a strong understanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience post-sale.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will build, train, and motivate a sales team, schedule regular training sessions, and negotiate trade-in deals. They will also stay informed about the dealership’s used vehicle inventory, pricing strategies, and sales procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years’ experience, including 2+ at a leadership level
- Prior experience in automotive sales with a proven track record of success in selling vehicles and meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze sales data
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs
