Role Overview
The Sales Manager will lead a sales organization, build and train sales consultants, and negotiate trade-in deals. They will also stay informed about the dealership’s used vehicle inventory, pricing strategies, and sales procedures.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will monitor and manage daily sales operations, research and analyze market trends, and cultivate strong relationships with customers. They will also collaborate with the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
