Requirements
- 6 – 9 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related discipline, with demonstrated impact at the enterprise level
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Visual Communication, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading analytics initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes
- Expert-level proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and integration with complex data sources
- Strong portfolio highlighting enterprise dashboard solutions and advanced data storytelling capabilities
- Experience mentoring and developing analytics teams; recognized for thought leadership and innovation
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive influence skills
- Deep understanding of analytics governance, reporting standards, and data visualization best practices
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for transforming data into business value
