Homebound is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role, with hands-on Salesforce experience and a strong analytical mindset. The role will involve managing day-to-day Salesforce tasks, building and maintaining reports and dashboards, troubleshooting data quality issues, and leveraging AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role
- Hands-on Salesforce experience
- Experience with MCAE (Pardot) or a comparable marketing automation platform
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Groove, or similar automation and sales engagement platforms
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- Early adopter mentality with AI tools
- Clear communicator
- Self-starter who takes ownership
