Manage one or more real estate sales office(s) to meet objectives for profitability and growth, develop and train an effective sales and support team, and provide direction and expertise to sales associates.
Requirements
- Recruit, select, train, motivate, coach and retain sales associates
- Develop and implement programs to achieve profitability, cost control, and organizational effectiveness
- Manage employee safety, selection and development, employee counseling and motivation, and salary administration
- Track office performance metrics and manage internal audit controls
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and related sales skills
- Actively promote affiliated company businesses and increase capture rate of affiliates
- Provide effective working conditions, space, equipment, and a positive environment for sales associates and employees
- Actively participate in community activities and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and business partners
