Role Overview

A-Team Home Services is seeking a Sales Team Builder to design, launch, and scale a high-performing sales team from the ground up. This role owns the entire sales build-out—recruiting, training, systems, accountability, and performance.

What You Will Do

Recruit, interview, and hire sales representatives, design and implement a repeatable in-home sales process, build onboarding, training, and coaching systems, and hold sales reps accountable to performance and quality standards.
