The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and proven experience in sales, with a real interest in real estate, investments, and technology.
Requirements
- Actively prospect people or companies with rental properties or in the process of investment.
- Detect business opportunities on platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
- Advise the investor on the benefits of operating their property with Homie.
- Understand key market variables in the Mexican real estate market (value, profitability, demand, etc.).
- Manage the entire commercial process in the CRM: follow-up, calls, emails, meetings, and closure.
- Maintain constant communication with operations, marketing, and legal teams.
- Finalized degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Commercial/Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Sales
- Ability to work under pressure with high time demand and productivity
- Real interest in the world of real estate, investments, and technology
- Analytical and communicative skills to understand client needs and offer clear solutions
- Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Excel and digital tools management (CRM, online platforms, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Ability to work with data and analyze metrics
