Bilingual Business Development Sales Engineer

Drive new business development, act as a technical and commercial advisor, build and maintain a sales pipeline, leverage electrical engineering knowledge, and analyze market trends to support business development and sales strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales engineering, applications engineering, or technical consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field (required)
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience preparing technical proposals, documentation, and client-facing presentations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (required)
